Damian has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years, mainly in research and technical roles. He holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. He graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Geology & Geomorphology.

Damian joined the company at the start of 2022 as a Technical Manager and was promoted to Compliance Officer in October 2023. In addition to his regulatory responsibilities he provides support to our advisers and support team, helping them to keep up to date with the regularly changing legislative, taxation and regulatory landscape.

Away from work Damian is a keen runner and long suffering Blackburn Rovers fan
